伊豆韮山代官・江川家の食卓を味わう
      ―江川酒を造る―

幻の銘酒といわれている「江川酒」、その製法書が2019年に江川文庫から発見され、伊豆唯一の酒蔵万大醸造で再現しました。江川邸の田んぼでは江川酒を造るための稲作を始めました。
第１弾：稲刈り体験と「パン祖のパン」アレンジを食す
　幕末の海防に尽力した韮山代官江川英龍は、そのため様々なパンを工夫しました。1842年に最終的なパンが完成しました。それを因んで「パン祖」と呼ばれています。

第２弾：収穫祭で江戸時代の武家江川家の再現料理を味わう
　江川家に残る膨大な資料群には江戸時代に食べていた料理の献立が残っています。耕心庵次五ゑむさんに献立から再現料理を作ってもらいます。新米を味わい、江戸時代の再現料理を堪能してもらいます。まだ新酒はできていませんが、24年蔵出しの江川酒も飲みます。
　催行日：令和６年12月７日(土)
　集合場所：江川邸券売所前10:30
　江川邸非公開の書院を使って食事を摂ってもらいます。
　スケジュール：11:00～13:00 食事会

　※収穫祭のみの参加希望者料金40,000円
　稲刈り・収穫祭ともセット参加者に新米２㎏進呈。

Gastronomy Tourism at important property Wgawa Residence
Taste the meals of the Nirayama magistrate and Egawa Family.“Making Egawa-shu(sake)”
“Rice Harvesting on 19.10.2024 and Harvest Festval on 7.12.2024”
Cmbination price of these event is 48,000yen

The recipe for Egawa-shu,which is said to be a fantastic sake,was discovered in 2019 and Bandai Jozo, the only sake maker in Izu area,reproduced Egawa-shu.In the rice Fields of the Egawa Residence,we atarted growing rice to maike Egawa-shu.
Part 1:Experience rice harvessting and Eat the reproduced bread“PANSO NO PAN(the origin of bred)”with arrangements.
Hidetatsu Egawa,the Nirayama magistrate who worked hard for coastal defense at the end of the Edo period(the Isolatin priod),devised various types of bread for it.
 The bread was made in 1842. By the achievement,Hidetatsu Egawa is called“Panso(the origin of bakery)”
 Guests will be able to try a repuroduced bread on the recipe,and“Nirayama's Bread”,the special arrengements are added to the bread.

Part2:Taste reproduced meals from the Egawa Family,a samurai family from the Edo period(the Isolation period),at the harvest Festival.
The huge collection of documents in Egawa Family remains that recoad the menus.
 Using the new rice and the reproduced meals are prepared by Koshinan Jigoemu.Enjoy samurai cuisine from the Edo period.
